Security
Your password, your way back in, the devices holding a session, and the way out.
Sign-in email
Password resets and security notices go to this address. An unverified address cannot receive a reset, so it is the weakest link until you confirm it.

Password
Changing it signs out every other device immediately. This one stays signed in. If you think someone else has your password, change it here first, then check the devices below.
Recovery phrase
A short list of words that gets you back into your account if you ever lose access to your email. We store only a hash of it, so it can be checked but never read back.

Read this before you generate one
- The words appear once, on this screen. There is no second look — not from us, not from support, not from another device.
- Have somewhere to put it before you press the button: paper, or a password manager. Closing the tab, reloading, or losing the connection loses the phrase.
- Generating a phrase kills the one you have now, the instant the new one appears. If the old one is written down somewhere, that copy becomes useless.
- Anyone holding the phrase can take the account without your password. It is a spare key, so store it like one.
Save this now — it will not be shown again
Anything on your clipboard can be read by other apps and by the next page you paste into. If you copy it, paste it straight into your password manager and then copy something harmless over the top.
Where you’re signed in
Every device holding a live session. Signing one out ends it straight away — whoever is on it needs your password to get back in.
Delete your account
We hold the account for 14 days after you ask, so you can change your mind. After that it is deleted along with your profile, your sessions and every app you have connected.
